Looking to source paralegal staff from overseas?
Or recruit paralegal staff to work in your overseas offices?

A member of the Legal Opportunities group of companies, Prolaw is ideally placed to meet your paralegal and secretarial recruitment needs in the UK and overseas.

Working closely with our sister company, Hughes Castell – which specialises in the recruitment of permanent staff and has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, Australia; Auckland and Wellington in New Zealand; Singapore; Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing; and, of course London – we have access to a wealth of qualified lawyers from the UK and overseas.

Also in Australia, our associates Legal Eagles specialise in the recruitment of paralegals and legal secretaries, ensuring the referral of additional experienced candidates for the UK and elsewhere.

Visas

As working visas must be secured prior to arriving in the UK, most overseas candidates enter with two year working holiday visas or ‘highly skilled migrant’ visas. Because restrictions may apply concerning the duration of work entitlement and the capacity in which candidates can work, Prolaw checks all candidates’ entitlement to work in the UK or overseas, and takes copies of any relevant documentation, before allowing a candidate to commence employment.
